Barbara Miller teaches in the Writing Popular Fiction graduate program at Seton Hill University and is Reference Librarian at Mount Pleasant Free Public Library.   She has published historical romances and mysteries for Harlequin and Sonnet, self-published contemporary romantic mysteries and young adult books, and is now writing Regencies and Paranormals for Cerridwen Press.  She lives in a creepy old farmhouse with her husband, a pack of unruly dogs and guppies too numerous to count (a heron recently ate 1 of the 3 koi in the ponds.)
